API and software integration services that make your tools talk.

Your accounting software, CRM, scheduler and ad accounts each know part of the story. Nobody has the whole picture without an afternoon of exports.

What we build

Built around your workflow, deployed for you.

  • Two-way syncs between the tools you keep (QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Stripe, ad platforms and more)
  • A single live dashboard: revenue, pipeline, jobs, cash flow, marketing ROI
  • Data cleanup and migration out of the tools you're retiring
  • Alerts when something needs attention
Replaces

Manual exports, monthly report-building, and copy-paste between systems.

The outcome

Decisions based on today's numbers, not last month's spreadsheet.

Signs it's time

Signs you need software integration services.

If each of your tools holds a piece of the picture and people fill the gaps by hand, integration is often the fix with the biggest payoff for the least disruption.

Month-end means an export marathon

Someone pulls reports from accounting, the CRM, the scheduler and the ad platforms, then spends a day stitching them together in a spreadsheet. By the time the numbers are ready, the month they describe is over and the next one is already underway.

Your tools disagree with each other

The CRM says a customer is active, the billing system says they cancelled, and the scheduler still has them booked. Each tool is right about its own piece and wrong about the rest, and your team wastes time figuring out which one to believe.

Simple questions take a long time to answer

How much did we invoice this month? Which lead source produced our best jobs? How much cash is coming in over the next few weeks? If every answer means asking someone to go dig, you're running the business on instinct.

Problems surface too late

A big invoice goes overdue, a job runs over budget or ad spend jumps, and nobody notices until the monthly review. The data was there the whole time. It just wasn't in front of anyone when it mattered. By then, fixing it costs more than it should have.

What's inside

API integration services and dashboards that work together.

We connect the tools you keep, clean up the data moving between them and put the numbers that matter on one screen.

Two-way syncs between your tools

When a deal closes in the CRM, the customer and invoice show up in QuickBooks. When the invoice is paid, the CRM knows. When a job is scheduled, the client record updates. Data moves in both directions on its own, so everyone works from the same facts without retyping anything. Your bookkeeper stops reentering sales, and your sales team stops asking accounting whether a customer has paid.

Connections where none exist

Plenty of software doesn't come with the integration you need, or the built-in one only syncs half the fields. We work directly with each tool's API to move exactly the data you need, when you need it, including from industry software that marketplace connectors ignore. You keep the specialized software your team likes, and it finally shares its data with everything else. No more downloading a report from one system just to upload it into another.

One live business dashboard

Revenue, pipeline, jobs in progress, cash flow and marketing return, pulled live from the systems that already hold them. Instead of waiting for a monthly report, you open one screen in the morning and see where things stand today. Managers get their own views with the numbers they're responsible for. Because the dashboard reads from your systems directly, nobody has to update it, and nobody has to wonder whether the spreadsheet is the latest version.

Data cleanup and migration

Before data can flow between systems, it has to match. We merge duplicate customers, standardize names and fields and map records from one tool to another. When you retire a tool, we move its history into the system you're keeping so nothing gets left behind. Clean data is the difference between a dashboard you trust and one that starts arguments in the Monday meeting. We do this work up front so the numbers hold up.

Alerts when something needs attention

You set the thresholds: an invoice overdue past your limit, a job over budget, a day with no new leads, a sudden jump in ad spend. When one trips, the right person gets an email or text, so problems get handled while there's still time to act. Alerts are tuned so they mean something. Too many and people start ignoring them, so we start with the few that matter most to you and add more only when they're useful.

Monitoring that keeps syncs honest

Integrations break when vendors change their software. We monitor every connection, log failures, fix them and catch up the records that didn't sync. You won't discover weeks later that your CRM and accounting software quietly stopped talking to each other. When something does go wrong, we usually know before you do, and the fix happens without your team having to notice, report it or patch it by hand with exports.

How it works

How we connect your systems.

  1. 01

    Free audit

We list every tool you use, what data lives in each one and where people copy information by hand. You get a map of what should connect, which dashboard numbers matter most and a ballpark for the work.

  2. 02

    Design the data flow

We decide which system is the source of truth for each kind of data, such as customers, jobs, invoices and payments, and how changes should flow between them. We agree on dashboard definitions with you, so every number means what you think it means.

  3. 03

    Build, clean and launch

We clean up and match existing data, build the integrations and dashboard, then run them alongside your current reports to confirm the numbers agree. Once they do, you retire the exports and switch over for good.

  4. 04

    Monitor and expand

We keep watch on every connection and fix issues as vendors update their software. When you add a tool or want a new metric on the dashboard, we wire it in so the picture stays complete as the business grows.

Questions

Common questions about API and software integrations.

What tools can you integrate?

Most modern business software has an API, which is what we connect to. That includes QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, common CRMs, schedulers, ad platforms and plenty of industry-specific software. If a tool has no API, there are often other options, like scheduled exports. We'll check your specific tools during the audit.

How is this different from Zapier or a built-in integration?

Built-in integrations and Zapier work well for simple, one-way connections. They struggle with two-way syncs, messy data, custom fields and high volume. Our software integration services handle the logic your business actually needs, include error handling and monitoring, and come with someone to call when a vendor changes something.

Do we have to replace any of our software?

No. Integration is about making the tools you keep work together. If one of them is clearly holding you back, we'll say so, and we can migrate you off it. But many businesses get most of the benefit simply by connecting the software they already pay for.

Who can see the dashboard?

Whoever you choose. Access is set by role, so the owner can see everything, a manager sees their department and staff see only what they need. The dashboard runs in a web browser on a computer or phone, so you can check it from the office, a job site or home.

How much do integrations and dashboards cost?

It depends on how many tools are involved, how clean the data is and how complex the syncs need to be. The free audit gives you a ballpark. For context, our clients save an average of $5,000 a month in software costs and lost time, and less manual reporting is usually part of that picture.
