Cold outreach that works is a system, not a template. These are the parts we build and connect so they run as one engine.
Separate sending domains and inboxes
We register sending domains that are close to your brand but separate from your main one, set up inboxes on them and configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly. Your primary domain, the one clients and vendors email every day, stays out of cold outreach entirely. If something goes wrong with a sending inbox, the damage stays contained there. Your invoices, proposals and client emails keep landing where they should.
Warm-up and health monitoring
New inboxes are warmed up gradually before they send real campaigns. After launch, we keep watching bounces, spam placement signals and blacklist status. If an inbox starts to look unhealthy, it gets paused and rested before it drags down the rest of the system. Most of this work is invisible when it's done right, and very visible when it isn't, which is why it doesn't stop after launch.
Lead lists built for your offer
We build lists from your ideal-customer criteria: industry, company size, location, job title and the other signals that matter to your sale. Addresses are verified before they're used, so you're writing to real decision-makers instead of guessing and bouncing. Lists are refreshed as campaigns run, and anyone who has opted out stays off future sends. A smaller list of the right people beats a huge list of the wrong ones every time.
Sequences that read like a person wrote them
Multi-step sequences use real personalization, like the prospect's company, location or recent activity, not just a first-name field. Follow-ups are spaced sensibly, opt-outs are honored right away, and volume per inbox stays modest so your sending looks like normal business email. Every message includes clear sender details and an easy way to opt out. The goal is an email a busy owner or manager would actually read.
Reply routing into your CRM
When a prospect replies, the system sorts it: interested, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe or auto-reply. Interested replies are pushed into your CRM as new leads and routed to a salesperson with a notification, so a hot reply gets a human answer quickly. Unsubscribes are processed automatically, auto-replies are filtered out, and nobody on your team has to scroll through a cluttered inbox to find the replies that matter.
Reporting that ends at meetings
You see what matters: which campaigns and lists produce replies and booked meetings, and which don't. Open counts are a weak signal on their own, so reporting focuses on conversations started and calls on the calendar, which is what actually turns into revenue. Over time, that tells you which industries, titles and messages are worth more of your effort, and which ones to stop sending.
